Power Borders 3 Templates

With this next set of Power Border Templates you get 8 - 12 inch wide PNG format templates with a decorative edge (4 are grunge painted border strips and 4 are 12 paper templates). They aren't called Power Border Templates for nothing! The versatility can go as far as your creativity. You can use them as templates for "cutting" or create your own backgrounds using them.
